About Us

Our trainers, Crystal and Trixy, have a combined experience of over 15 years in the Social Security and disability firm space. Throughout their different roles at various-sized companies, the one thing they had in common was the inability to train their employees effectively due to lack of time. Attorneys, EDPNA’s, and case managers are busy with clients and their own tasks, so helping to train a new hire can be put on the backburner to allow time for other responsibilities. Successful training requires companies to create materials, execute cohesive instruction so all employees have the same information, and be able to coach or mentor staff on a continuing basis.

Our goal is to alleviate this workload off of those that already have so much on their plate. Professional training allows employees to learn our streamlined material so they can feel confident in their new role and continue to learn and grow in the disability space.
