About Us
Disability Assist is a small advocacy organization that assists with SSDI and SSI applications for both children and adults. We help with initial applications and appeals up to the hearing level as well as continuing disability reviews for those who are already receiving benefits. While we do assist claimants all over the country, our goal is to be the go-to organization for Lorain County, Ohio residents who need help with filing for benefits. Our focus is to be an advocate and ally for the disabled community of Northeast Ohio.
Crystal Sivert
Crystal is the sole representative for Disability Assist and has filed thousands of disability applications for claimants seeking benefits. She is certified through the Social Security Administration as a non-attorney representative and is an active member in various organizations to spread awareness to the programs that Social Security has to offer. Her mission is to provide representation for populations that would otherwise have difficulty finding assistance.
She is a Lorain County native and received her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University in criminal justice and social services. Along with helping others in her career, she enjoys doing volunteer work for other organizations that serve community members in the Lorain County area.
